Villa Gardenia belongs to the Šuran family, who built the house and take care of it themselves — from cleaning and maintenance to looking after the property during your stay.
They live locally, close to their family farm, olive trees and the quiet rhythm of village life in central Istria. The villa is not run from a distance; it is cared for by the people who know it best.
They do not have their own website or social media presence, so online bookings and guest communication are handled by Perica Šuran, a relative who also hosts his own villa in the same village.
